Refunds Policy

At Ecclestone, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free refunds policy that allows you to return your item(s) for a full refund. Please read our policy below.

1. Returns:

a) You may return your item(s) for a refund within 30 days from the date of purchase (or date of product receipt for pre-orders).
b) Items must be in their original condition, unwashed, unworn, and with all tags attached.
c) Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that refunds can take up to 7-10 business days to process.
d) Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable
2. How to Return an Item:
a) To return an item, please contact our customer service team at info@ecclestone.com.au to initiate the process.
b) We will confirm if your item/s are eligible for a refund, and provide instructions for returning the product to us. Please note that shipping is at customer’s expense.
c) Please ensure that the item(s) are securely packaged and the original order number is indicated on the parcel.
d) Once we receive the item(s), we will process your refund.
3. Exceptions:
a) Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
b) Items that have been damaged or altered in any way cannot be returned or exchanged.

Faulty Products Policy

At Ecclestone, we take pride in offering high-quality products that meet our customers' expectations. However, we understand that sometimes things can go wrong, and you may receive a faulty item.

If you receive a faulty product, please contact us immediately at info@ecclestone.com.au to let us know the issue. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a refund, replacement, or store credit.

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund or replacement for products that are faulty, not fit for purpose or do not match the description provided. If the product is found to be faulty, we will cover any postage costs associated with returning the item to us.
